man you seem like a prior service guy. Anyways, I am in the market for a new mat. currently using a solid foam man. do you think this mat would be hot for summer. is there a list that you would recommend?
I think a major advantage of this design is, that the surface doesn’t compress your sleeping bag too much. Considering that, it’s propably better insulating in winter than many other mattresses, even with higher r value!
