Ashley furniture is the worst shit out there. Company doesn’t stand behind their products either. If it’s damaged when you receive it your stuck with. Repair only. No returns. Don’t know how these assfucks stay in business. Horrible customer service.

I just ordered one of these (the loveseat) locally, and I’m hoping it holds up better than some of the reviews on the Ashley site suggest it may. They are quite mixed on the durability. My household has no kids or pets, so I’m hopeful. It’s a very nice looking unit (in person) for the money. To my mind, durability will be the key indicator of its real value.
